Returns and Exchange

At Trendrush, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange policies carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items should be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with original tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for items of the same style in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service with your order number and details of the exchange request.

3. Return Process

To return an item:

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Processing time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear on your account after being processed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider for any pending transactions.
  2. Contact your bank if the refund is not reflected after 10 business days.
